We help clients select software that’s right for their organization, teach them how to use it, help them implement it, and provide technical support when needed. We are experienced accountants and technology consultants who specialize in all aspects of computerized accounting and business operations systems. Billing Arrangements

Any services and support from Accounting & Software Concepts, LLC and any out of pocket expenses, including mileage and travel time, are billed when our invoices are presented. Our invoices are due on receipt, and you will be responsible for any collection costs.

Personalized Training

We offer training to meet your needs for the current user. We also offer web training for our remote customers where we train from our office on your computer screen.


When you need answers about your accounting issues, our firm can help. We can provide you with support for your software by phone, on-site, or a combination of phone and online.

The Sage Customer Portal is internet access to product updates and downloads. This tool is available to all Sage customers with an active Business Care plan. Maintaining an active Sage Business Care plan allows you to take advantage of the ‘Print-N-Sign’ forms for W2s, W-3s, 1094s and 1095s, 1099s, 1096s, state and federal unemployment forms, new hire reports and federal and state payroll tax reporting using the integrated Enhanced Tax Reporting feature. Custom Reporting

We use the following tools to help you generate Custom Reports that save you time and money! Create them once, and use them over and over again. These reports automatically update from the current data when you run the report!

Crystal Reports - See it Your Way

Crystal is the most popular report writer that allows the user to create custom reports combining data from one or all BusinessWorks or Sage 100 modules. Examples include Sales Commission Reports, 401k Reports, and Inventory Performance Reports. Basically, if you need it and you can't get it from BusinessWorks or Sage 100, use Crystal Reports to extract the data you need!

F9 Financial Reports

F9 is the report writer that helps you design your financial statements the way you need them. If you are re-entering data in Excel - then you need F9! Want a detailed report budget report for department managers? Or how about an Income Statement with all the departments printing side-by-side?
